Mailers as Protective Packaging

While there are many different mailer designs, this one is one of the most popular. It protects the product well enough with an outside closure and "dust flaps." These flaps keep dust out and also make the cover much stronger for protection and stacking as well. It is also fairly easy to assemble. I've designed this mailer sometimes with a "pull-down" front panel after opening so that something such as a cake can easily slide out.
